Next on the list is the nearest understood gender group: Nonbinary. You can be trans and nonbinary, or queer and nonbinary, etc. But not every nonbinary person identifies that way. Nonbinary is generally considered the absence of gender. The person does not generally identify as male or female. They may feel some kind of gender, just not the binary (cis). Many nonbinary people prefer to dress androgynously (no decipherable gender) or maybe against their presenting gender (someone AMAB wearing a skirt). Again there is no right or wrong way to be nonbinary.

Nonbinary, along with Queer, may be the loosest defined genders. Nonbinary people often prefer (but not always) to use pronouns like they/them or make up their own like one musician who went by she/jill. Just ask their pronouns they will be happy to tell you. Many nonbinary (but not all) people tend to take on a less cis gender based name (say from Joan or John to Jo). Many genders fall under the nonbinary category.
